Don’t worry! ClickUp can be a very robust app but the beauty is in how customizable it is. And simplicity is engrained at my core, so I won’t be overwhelming you with all the things you can do with the app (you can do that on your own time). Instead, my course focuses on what is essential. Less is more in design, as you know ;) With that said, I will have recommended resource links included so you can explore more features and take what you learn from this course to the next level, if you desire and find the time.

I’ll teach you how you can set up your projects and invite clients so they don’t have to see everything that’s under the hood, and at the same time allow you and your team to view and manage as many details as you need. Actually, no. ClickUp is a project management system, and apps like Dubsado and Honeybook are client relationship management systems. The key difference is ClickUp will host your projects, tasks, notes, and any other project-related information, while your client management system will keep track of leads, invoices, automated responses, and more. I will teach you how to work with your client management system in conjunction with ClickUp.
If you don’t have a process or workflow set for your services, then you will by the end of this course! I’ll show you how to map your workflows, identify which services you need processes for, and how to adapt ClickUp based on what you planned!
